Method
Put the oil in the microwave dish and microwave for 40 seconds. Add cumin seeds and then microwave for 30 seconds.
Now add cabbage, peas, carrot, salt, turmeric, asafetida and stir it in the middle for 7 minutes.
Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sugar, amchoor powder and mix well and microwave for 2 minutes.
Cover for 3-4 minutes
Serve hot with bread, parathas or rice
